Silas married 1 Jan 1867 to Louisa COLLINS and they removed to St. Louis, Gratiot Co., MI., about 1872/1873. I am seeking information on Orlando D. DEAN who married Jennie ANDERSON on November 6, 1878. Although they lived in Wexford Co., a marriage record cannot be found for them there. Orlando DEAN was born Dec. 1855 in Lake Chatauqua, New York and died in 1912 in Wexford Co. Jennie ANDERSON was born May 10, 1861 in Canada and died July 13, in Shepherd, Michigan. Children: Benjamin Franklin, Bessie, Clarence Alphonso, Lewis Elliott, and George Harold. Benjamin died in childhood. Bessie married Adrian BARR and moved to Shepherd. Clarence married Amanda Louise STIEWE, but nothing more is known about him. Lewis married Florence (last name unknown) and settled in Shepherd. George married Minnie STOCKING and settled in Alma.

Looking for Charles R. KYES b.1867 @ Pine River Twp, son of Lorenzo KYES. 1880 Census he was 14 years old and living in same area.He was not listed in fathers probate in 1895 or mentioned in his sisters death notice 1 month later. All family members are buried at Wright Cemetery (Pine River Twp.) but no stone or mention of his disappearance. Could be unmarked grave? Had to have died between 1880-1895?
