He was the son of Nathaniel S. Burt b. Oct. 4, 1789, Sharon, Windsor, VT, died North Shade, MI buried Carson City Cemetery. October 4, 1862. Son of Rhoda Waterbury, b 1798, d September 25, 1874 in Gratiot Co. MI buried in Carson City Cemetery, daughter of Peter Cooke Waterbury and Lydia Curtis Celina was the daughter of William [Shearman] Sherman and Christian Lundy. Celina died in January 9, 1889 in Homer, SD and is buried there in the Hillside Cemetery.
